The brief. Branding of new prosecco brand, Bomboletta, a top quality prosecco with British fruit juice and a shot of pure grain alcohol.
The solution. To arrive at this branding, we first had to understand the back story of the product. Founder, Lee Browns, conceived the idea when he saw a group of girls share a bottle of Prosecco with a straw followed by a fruit shot at a festival. The concept of the design was to fuse together the traditional chic continental image of prosecco, with the British devil may dare attitude. I drew inspiration from the straw for the packaging design, keeping the design sleek and refined, however, loudly contrasted with the loud, bold pink and cheeky language in the marketing materials.
